Location, Location!!! Luxury villa in the sunny south of Spain, near the Spanish town of Alora (Malaga). This property is located a short distance from the village and only 35 minutes from Malaga and the international airport. This vila offers excellent rental accommodation and the possibility to easily extend this Casa Rural. A charming Casa Rural where you have plenty of private space. Private residence: You enter the property through beautiful double wooden doors that give access to a generous hallway. This hall is characterised by the handmade wooden staircase to the first floor, with cellar cupboard. There is access to the bathroom with attractive tiling, toilet, rain shower and sink. Opposite the bathroom is the spacious ground-floor bedroom. From this room, there is also access to the living room and the dining room and kitchen. The spacious kitchen has a beautiful composition in modern Andalusian tiling and matching cabinet colour. The granite worktop, American fridge, luxury gas hob, large electric oven and dishwasher complete this luxury kitchen! The dining room has access to the covered spacious terrace at the front of the house. Every time you enter this terrace you will be captivated by the beautiful views! For preparing the tastiest summer dishes, there is a beautiful outdoor kitchen with cooker, sink and fridge. When we enter the living room, the spacious layout and beautiful light are particularly striking. The room has garden doors on both sides opening onto two covered terraces. In winter, the stove is very pleasant. The rear terrace is set up as an outdoor room for the washing machine, dryer and facilities for drying and ironing laundry. Going upstairs, we enter a corridor leading to two large bright bedrooms and a bathroom with rain shower, toilet, bathtub and washbasin with cabinet. Extra features include energy-efficient air conditioning in all bedrooms (hot and cold) and all windows are double-glazed, with mosquito nets and screens to darken. One of the bedrooms has a spacious balcony.   Holiday rentals: At this beautiful villa you have the option of renting out the following accommodations: 1. Studio flat for max. 2 persons This flat is compact and very cosy. Upon entering, there is a kitchen with hob, fridge, cooker hood and dishwasher. There is also a luxurious bathroom with toilet, washbasin with cabinet and rain shower. The flat has an interior that exudes comfort and quality. The terrace is also private with again phenomenal views, and a private place to have a wonderful time in Andalucia. 2. Studio flat for up to 4 people This accommodation has the same layout as the above flat and a unified look has been chosen. The facilities are spacious and the terrace is another extraordinary place for your guests. This flat has an extra bedroom. These two flats have air conditioning (hot and cold) in all rooms, their own meter boxes for power supply, an outside well for sewer cleaning and a 200l hot water supply on a separate system from the main house. The rooms are all insulated to avoid noise pollution. All windows are double-glazed, mosquito nets and screens to darken 3. Luxury yurt for up to 5 people Spending the night in this authentic Mongolian yurt is a special experience. The owners have carefully situated this temporary structure on the finca and there is plenty of privacy and, again, phenomenal views from the private covered terrace. The yurt has three thick layers of natural insulation and is a great alternative in summer and winter. Inside, it's luxurious with air conditioning (hot and cold), spacious kitchen (with hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge and sink) and an attractive bathroom with rain shower, toilet and sink with cabinet. There is also an extraction system to prevent moisture and a separate connection for WIFI.   Outdoor space: At this beautiful villa, there is a nice balance between rental and private use. The accommodations all have private parking (entrance via an automatic gate) and a private terrace. For the culinary guest, two large stone bbqs are available. The swimming pool is for shared use. There are shade options provided by atmospheric parasols and a small canopy by the pool. The garden is beautifully landscaped. There is a great diversity of plants and (fruit) trees. On the plateau where the yurt is located, there is a separate electricity connection to accommodate camper vans or there is a possibility to add an accommodation! A 6x6 wooden chalet with kitchen and bathroom has also been installed on the property. This is the Casa del Abuelos and is currently used as family accommodation, but can of course also be rented out! Behind the house is a private garden, enclosed by a green hedge. The owners also have a separate entrance to the house. Near this entrance is a double carport and a small garage with a warehouse where items are stored for the benefit of the rental accommodations. The property has legalised solar panels with sufficient output for all accommodations and private use. A new meter box was also installed last year at the incoming grid power. The entire plot is fenced with a galvanised fence. This property has a Licencia de Primera Occupacion, except for the temporary accommodations such as the yurt and the wooden casita. The rental licence is in place and can be taken over. A list of the inventory is available. The property is connected to the network of electricity and has a connection of city water (with deposit)
